CATTLE
We custom process cattle for $1/LB carcass weight that's it. No taxes or kill fees. There is a minimum charge of $350 if the carcass is less than 350 LBS. We vacuum seal all meat and box it for pickup.

PIGS
We custom process pigs for $1/LB carcass weight that's it. No taxes or kill fees. There is a minimum charge of $150 if the carcass is less than 150 LBS. There is also an extra charge if you would like bacon. We vacuum seal all meat and box it for pickup.

GOAT/SHEEP
We custom process goats and sheep for $1/LB carcass weight that's it. No taxes or kill fees. There is a minimum charge of $100 if the carcass is less than 100 LBS. We vacuum seal all meat and box it for pickup.

DEER PRICE LIST
PROCESSING FEE

(Including $20 Deposit Due at Drop-off)
Includes your deer skinned, cut, ground, and vacuum packed. We offer steak, tenderloins(cut or whole), burger (with or without fat) and roast. We can cut jerky meat ($5 extra charge per deer), cube steak ($5 extra charge per deer), deer tomahawk steaks ($15 extra charge per deer), and make mild, medium or hot breakfast sausage ($1.00 per lb. extra charge).
JERKY MADE FROM YOUR DEER
$10 per pound (wet)
We offer original or sweet teriyaki.

SUMMER SAUSAGE
$25/3 Lb. stick
We offer original, original with cheese or jalapeno with cheese. Each stick is sliced into 3 seperate 1 lb. chubs and vacuum sealed.

Monday - Friday 8 am -5 pm
We are a first come first serve facility and we slaughter every day of the week. But, being a small family run business, we recommend calling before making the trip. Also, we are farmers ourselves and understand the stresses of handling animals. Should you need other accommodations please let us know.
At Atchley Farms we do not offer a drop off cooler because we are the drop off cooler. We prefer to take deer by hand and skin them immediately. We do not like to put hides in our cooler so you can receive the best quality products possible. We also hang our deer 5-7 days before processing (unless otherwise requested) so that they are not tough and gamey tasting.

Exit I-75 at Exit 326 Carbondale Road. Turn left onto Carbondale Road. At the round about, take the first right onto Hwy 41 South. Travel approximately 1.2 miles on Hwy 41 South. The shop is on the right. You have arrived!
FROM CALHOUN, TRAVELING NORTH ON I-75
Exit I-75 at Exit 320/GA-136. Take a right onto GA-136. At the intersection of GA-136 and Hwy 41, turn left onto Hwy 41 North. Continue on Hwy 41 North for approximately 3 miles. The shop is on the left. You have arrived!
